What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All products are shipped standard from one of our three warehouses (depending on availability and location).  Our shipping partners use their preferred courier for all shipments.  All products are located within Australia from our Sydney warehouse, Melbourne warehouse or Perth warehouse.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Due to Covid 19, some shipments have been delayed for a day or so.  All shipments usually make it to their destination within 72 hours (depending on location).  All shipments can be tracked.

How Do I Track My Order?

After purchase and shipping confirmation, you will be able to track your order on your order page and at the top of the DirectStore.com.au website on the link named Track My Order.

Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

Yes.  In order to finalise a purchase, you will need to have an account.  You will be asked to create an account before you can complete the purchase.

What if I want a refund?

How Do I Place an Order?

There are two main ways to place an order.

You can make an account and then choose an item by adding it to the cart and complete the purchase.  Or, you can choose an item by adding it to the cart and  before you complete a purchase you will be asked to create an account.  Once this is done, you can complete the purchase and your order is made.
